The international Center for Islamic Sciences and Culture / Center for the Revival of Islamic Heritage, published the book "Anwar Al- Faqaha " by Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Hassan bin Jaafar has Kashif Al-Ghitaa, relying on the efforts made by of The General Kashif Al-Ghitaa Foundation in terms of providing written copies and preparing them Saving effort and time in Enquiring the book. The book included ten parts, the first part included the subject of cleanliness , the second with prayer and the third with zakat, Al-Khums, fasting and seclusion, the fourth part is Hajj and the fifth with trade and sale, and the sixth with the loan, the mortgage, the confiscation and the guarantee (money order, bail, reconciliation, partnership, speculation and sharecropping). The seventh is the depositary, the loan, the confirmation , the deputyship , the waqf , the gift ,the charity and the will. The eighth part is marriage, divorce, taking off, divorce by mutual agreement. While the ninth part is coercion, inheritances, judiciary, testimonial. The part is Indexed topics The book was adopted in the methodology of the inquiry of more than one hundred copies written and photocopied copies of The libraries of Iran and Iraq, including (17) written copies and (4) photocopies at The General Kashif Al-Ghitaa Foundation where the author adopted manuscript of The General Kashif Al-Ghitaa Foundation containing the book cleanness from the beginning to the end and this original written copy of author, As well as the book of  divorce which is original manuscript, also the manuscript of the book of Hajj to its copyist Hussain bin Mohammed Al Ajaima and the manuscript of the book of trade the loan, the confirmation, the deputyship, the waqf, the gift, the charity. The last is the book of the will General Kashif Al-Ghitaa Foundation and the photographed at the library of the Center for the revival of Islamic heritage in Qom.
