Bahr Al Uloom Charitable Foundation, in collaboration with Abassiya Holy Shrine, with the participation of The General Kashif Al-Ghitaa Foundation in a research entitled (The General Kashif Al-Ghitaa Foundation and the leadership in the preservation and publication of documents) delivered by Mustafa Najaf al-Sarraf The head of the Precious Manuscript at Hassan al-Mujtaba Hall (peace be upon him) in Abassiya Holy Shrine.

Al-Sarraf ,In his research, touched upon a number of issues, namely, the interest in documentation, the efforts of the collecting them , the correct restoration and the safety of its preservation is one of the cultures in developed countries and leading institutions, because it represents a witness to the civilizations of the nations as part of the historical facts, and the scientific material that can be use in the fields of research and the aspects of documenting and indexing it.

He pointed out that the Foundation has an active presence in this field when it devoted part of its sections for documentation and archiving and made the effort to adopt a project to preserve it. He mentioned that the number of documents has increased in a few years and with hard work and efforts, the number of documents reached about six million documents
