The General Kashif Al-Getaa Foundation participates in the scientific in seminar entitled (documents between reality and ambition), In the presence of the scientific assistant of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Mustansiriya Professor Dr. Mahdi Faleh Ghazali and a number of professors and interested researchers and students which was held by the Manuscript Unit in the Faculty of Arts at University Mustansiriya. Sheikh Ahmed Kashif Al-Getaa, deputy secretary-general of the Foundation, gave a lecture titled “The General Kashif Al-Getaa Foundation and Its Leading Role in the Field of Document Conservation and Issuance", he discussed the importance of documentation in terms of collecting, indexing and archiving it. The Assistant Professor Dr. Anis Abdul Khaleq gave a lecture entitled "Administrative Documents from the Formation to Permanent Preservation", while the teacher Dr. Wafaa Mohammed Karim gave a lecture entitled “Documents, National and Sovereign Legacy”. Another Lecture was by the Director of the Manuscript Unit at the Faculty of Arts, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Majeed Al Bakri, which he focused on the Iraqi documents and the negligence, loss and importance of preserving them. This opened the door of interventions by the attendees where it enriched the subject of dialogue panel discussion.
