The Department of precious Manuscript, in cooperation with the inquiry Department of Kashif Al-Getaa Foundation, organized a three-day course on inquiring manuscripts In which students and professors of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kufa participated that was held at the event hall in the institution.

The first day included lectures as an introduction and overview of the manuscripts and their nature in a theoretical framework delivered by Mr. Mustafa Al Sarraf, Head of precious Manuscript Department at the institution. Sheikh Kareem Al-Kamuli also enriched the lecture with his practical experience in the inquiry and how to face the most important obstacles facing the inquirer during his work. Al-Kamuli pointed to a number of things that assist the inquirer, including the existence of additional copies of the manuscript to be inquired, stressing that the inquirer must be familiar with other sciences so that he can link events and identify the characters contained in the manuscript and so on.

The second day includes a practical lecture on the mechanism of inquiry, while the third day came as a practical workshop on the inquiry of the manuscripts by participating students in the course and how to overcome the obstacles facing their work.

The session ended with a speech by the Secretary-General of The General Kashif Al-Getaa Foundation, Professor Dr. Sheikh Abbas Kashif Al-Getaa, for the efforts made to make it a successful session.

Certificates were distributed to participants at the end of the course.
